Booking Process

I. Initial Quote: Email us the basic information about your event (Date/Time, Type of Event, Location, Duration, and Ensemble Type).

*Minimum 1 hour duration in Portland venues, 1.5 hours duration outside of Portland.


II. Contract: After the service details & pricing are set, we will email you the service contract.


III. Payment: Full payment is due 30 days prior. Invoice will be emailed to you which will prompt you to pay online or by mail.


IV. Music Selection: You will submit your music selection sheet to us by 1 week prior to the event.
